Now we teach CBT workshops,
and provide private tutoring to women who want to learn CBT. We've

I
think torturing is one of the most nurturing things a woman can do.
The key to good torturing is not to use
your "everyday ears", the ears that tell you that screaming means stop
it. Those "everyday ears" will tell you that you are a bad person
for hurting him no matter how much he likes it, craves
it, needs it, adores it!
Instead, I recommend you put on your "sadist's ears". The ones that
hear screaming as, "Darling, I am giving you this pain as a token
of my esteem for you. I wouldn't take this for me, but I am allowing
you to take it out of me for your pleasure". Once you realize
that screams are presents, it's easy to have Christmas every day of the
year!
Guys - it's up to
you to thank her, to appreciate her, to praise her for torturing you, especially
when she is learning. It's hard to see that hurting someone is the
key to a wonderful, loving relationship, though it becomes more apparent
if you TELL her how much you appreciate it!
